Tina is a dedicated single parent to two young daughters and an adult son, embracing the challenges and joys of raising her family with unwavering love and resilience.
As she embarks on her journey as a Wellness Counsellor and Student Counselling Therapist with Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver, Tina is driven by a deep passion for supporting others on their paths to healing.
With a rich tapestry of life experiences, including single parenthood, adoption, and parenting spirited children, Tina offers a unique blend of insight, empathy, and strength. Her personal journey through domestic violence and the process of healing has shaped her into a compassionate and intuitive counselor who provides a safe, nurturing space for growth and transformation.
Tina’s ability to connect deeply with her clients stems from her lived experiences, creating an environment where individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered.
Outside of her professional life, Tina finds joy in cooking hearty meals, watching movies, and cheering on basketball games with her family. She also treasures the companionship of her beloved feline companion, Easton, who brings endless comfort and mischief to her days.
An eager traveler with a love for exploring new cultures and cuisines, Tina dreams of one day visiting Iceland’s breathtaking landscapes and savoring the culinary delights of Italy.

The Reflective Session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner voice, and make sense of the emotional noise. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a decision, or simply needing a check-in with yourself, this session offers grounding, clarity, and a soft place to land.
You’ll be met with curiosity, calm, and compassion. No performance, no pressure, just time to gently unpack, reflect, and realign.
The Unburdening
90 Minutes
- Lay it down. You don’t have to carry it alone.
For when your emotional backpack is full of too much stuff that you didn’t ask to carry.
The Unburdening Session is a longer, deeper dive, created for those moments when you don’t just need support… you need space. Space to say the things you’ve been holding in. Space to feel without being rushed. Space to unravel the weight you've been quietly carrying.
This is a judgment-free zone. Whether you need to cry, vent, fall apart, or make sense of something heavy, this session is where we lay it all down, gently, honestly, and at your pace.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about giving you room to feel, process, and exhale.
Because sometimes the most healing thing we can do is stop holding it all alone.
