My North Star in my life is to build circles of belonging where people are seen, heard, and nurtured. My mandate is to stand against the loneliness that tries to divide us, weaving mentorship and fierce connection until isolation has no place to hide.
I was raised off-grid and homeschooled, surrounded by the rhythms of the natural world. Growing up in nature taught me self-reliance, wonder, and a relentless drive for growth. That early life planted in me a belief that true transformation happens when we feel both rooted and free.
My path has carried me through early childhood development, psychology, counselling, and coaching, and through the raw realities of life itself. I’ve navigated divorce, parented a spirited and oppositional ADHD child, supported a courageous transgender child, explored alternative relationship dynamics, and moved through my own seasons of depression, anxiety, and profound life transition.
After many years spent navigating the online dating world and several ‘interesting’ experiences/relationships, I discovered the joy of meeting my later-in-life love, proof that new chapters can bloom when you least expect them.
These lived experiences shape the heart of my work far more than any credential ever could and have fueled my passion for attachment theory, understanding how the bonds we form shape the way we love, heal, and connect. It has also fueled my deep desire to work with women navigating their life journey through dating, love and intimacy as well as my passion for working with couples as they navigate their lives and relationships.
Today I welcome people from every walk of life into my private council sessions, as well as my extensive group work sessions. I am especially devoted to creating affirming space for LGBTQ2S individuals and for people who identify as polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous, honoring each person’s identity, values, and relationship choices.
Whether you come to process loss, to rediscover your own strength, or simply to pause and breathe, I meet you with curiosity, deep listening, and an intuitive presence that lets your own wisdom rise.
When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll find me transforming ordinary corners of my home and workspaces into cozy sanctuaries, tending my ever-growing collection (obsession) of houseplants, or passionately creating a new workbook in my office or on the patio with a tall glass of iced coffee, always gathering new ideas and learning new things.
Services
The Private Council
60 Minutes
Step inside a sacred circle built for two, where your story is heard without judgment and met with care.
When life feels crowded with noise or you’re standing at a crossroads, the Private Council offers an intimate space to pause and gather yourself.
Here, we quiet the chaos, listen for what matters, and let your own wisdom rise to the surface.
This isn’t beige therapy, it’s a protected conversation with curiosity, deep listening, and fierce connection woven into one hour of presence and clarity.
Bring your questions, your tangled thoughts, or simply the need to breathe.
In the Private Council, vulnerability is met with safety, as your next steps begin to reveal themselves.
The Extended Council
90 Minutes
When you feel the need to linger a little longer, this gives you the gift of time.
This 90-minute experience offers the spaciousness to wander deeper, follow unexpected turns, and let new insights settle.
It’s an extended vigil for your own becoming: an unhurried space where mentorship and deep listening meets presence and clarity.
The Extended Council means that you leave with the same connection and space, but with the luxury of time for the conversation to unfold at its own pace.
The Daily Council
15 Minutes
For the moments when you want to step into your life with intention, clarity, and a calm that lingers.
The Daily Council is a brief, focused space to check in with yourself, to focus in a world that pulls you in a hundred directions.
It’s your time to breathe, reflect, and realign, to choose what matters most, to set gentle boundaries, and to quiet the noise before you begin.
This isn’t about creating perfection; it’s about pausing long enough to feel and recalibrate so you can move forward with purpose instead of habit.
Operating from a place of alignment changes everything that follows, and this is where true alignment begins.
(Offered once a week or up to six days per week - Monday to Saturday)
The Silent Council
60 Minutes
When speaking out loud feels like too much, The Silent Council offers a live, real-time conversation entirely through text or messaging.
This is your hour to pour out what’s on your mind at a pace that feels natural. Type, pause, breathe, and reflect between messages, no camera, no pressure, just a protected space where you can be heard without having to find your outside voice.
Whether you’re processing something heavy, feeling socially drained, or simply need support without face-to-face energy, this is a quiet haven for clarity and connection, one message at a time.
Why Should You Choose Lola?
At Lola, healing isn’t a formula and it certainly isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Here, your story is welcomed and your next chapter begins.
