About the event

Early Childhood Educators hold immense emotional responsibility within their roles. Each day requires sustained patience, regulation, caregiving presence, and the ability to support children and families through a wide range of developmental and emotional needs.

Over time, this level of emotional labor can lead to burnout, compassion fatigue, and personal depletion… often without structured space for educators to restore and sustain themselves.

This 2-hour professional development training was designed to support educator mental wellbeing in a practical, workplace-relevant way.

Participants will explore:

• Recognizing the signs and impact of burnout in childcare settings

• Practical nervous system regulation strategies for use during the workday
