Workshops & Training
These aren’t your typical sit-back-and-take-notes trainings.
This is real, honest work for people in roles that ask a lot of them.
The pressure, the emotional load, the constant giving…we don’t skim past it. We work with it.
Because when you feel more grounded, clear, and supported, everything that you do changes.
Early Childhood Educator Professional Development Training
(That You Won’t Secretly Dread Attending)
We have all attended THOSE types of workshops. Mandatory. Low energy. Boring.
There’s a special kind of frustration that comes from being given advice by someone who has never spent eight hours in a childcare room with a toddler in full separation anxiety…
or tried to settle a room full of children during naptime while a fire alarm is going off… in the middle of winter… on a Friday afternoon.
But sure… tell us again how a playlist and a stretch break will fix it.
Yeah… this isn’t that kind of training.
This is for the days you feel stretched thin.
For the moments you’re overstimulated, under-supported, and still expected to show up calm, patient, and “on.”
We talk about the real stuff. No fluff. No pretending. No “just program better.”
Just honest conversations, practical tools, and a space where you don’t have to hold it all together for once.
You won’t just sit through this. You’ll actually feel it.
And you might leave remembering why you got into this work in the first place.

Good news! These trainings are eligible for Alberta Child Care Professional Development funding. If you have funding available, you can use it toward registration and invest in support that actually makes your day-to-day work life feel more manageable.
A certificate of completion is provided for your professional file.

The Caregivers Experience Training Series
Caring for someone with high needs is not a role you get to step in and out of.
It’s something you carry…all day, every day.
Whether you’re supporting a child with additional needs, caring for an aging parent, or walking alongside a partner through illness or decline…the mental load, emotional weight, and constant responsibility don’t just switch off.
And most of the time, neither do you.
This series is designed for caregivers who are holding more than most people see or understand.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about having somewhere to put what you’re carrying.
You don’t have to stop caring for them...to start caring for yourself.
